By accessing or using the Greenroyd’s Used Trucks website, submitting information through our forms, or engaging with our sales desk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

All truck and trailer listings on our website are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, specifications, pricing, availability, and options are subject to change without notice.

• Prices do not include tax, title, registration, or applicable fees unless explicitly stated
• All units are subject to prior sale
• Mileage and hour figures are accurate at time of listing but may change between updates
• Images may show optional equipment not included in the listed price

All purchases are subject to a final purchase agreement signed by both parties. No binding agreement exists until a signed purchase agreement is executed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Deposits placed on units are refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellation terms will be specified in your purchase agreement. All transactions are processed in USD and subject to applicable state sales tax.

Financing is provided through third-party lenders. Approval is subject to credit qualification and lender terms. Greenroyd’s Used Trucks does not guarantee financing approval. Any pre-approval estimates provided are preliminary and non-binding.

By submitting a financing application, you authorize us to share your information with our lending partners for the purpose of obtaining credit approval.

Trade-in and buyout offers are subject to final inspection. Any offer provided online or via phone is an estimate only and may be adjusted based on in-person inspection.

• You must have clear title or payoff information to complete a trade-in or sale
• We reserve the right to decline any unit for any reason

Shipping services are arranged through third-party heavy equipment carriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Greenroyd’s Used Trucks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Unit condition upon delivery is documented. Any damage claims must be noted on the carrier’s bill of lading at time of delivery. All shipments include cargo insurance coverage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenroyd’s Used Trucks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific unit or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
